Baby Gamer

I love to sit and play video games with Dad! I have my own controller and love to be a baby gamer... I really need my own headset so I can contribute to the conversation.

New Winter Gear

Mom and Dad finally got with the program and got me some real mittens and outdoor boots. I was so excited to go play outside yesterday!

I thought I wasn't going out and I was mad. I also thought Mom's handspun cowl looked better than the scarf I normally wear.

So much snow!

I played outside for a while. I walked around the porch and then ventured into the driveway. Mom then tried to go walking with me, but I wanted to walk into other people's driveways and knock on doors. Since I wasn't able to listen to Mom, I had to go inside, which I was really sad about. Hopefully I can go outside again soon!

Stopping By

To say "HI!" I had a busy week last week. I was running a bit of a fever and was pretty pitiful for a couple of days. And I was partying it up at toddle time. Then this weekend we went to the Polar Bear Birthday party at the zoo. That was fun until I decided it wasn't fun anymore.... I now have actual snow boots and real mittens so I don't look like a pile of laundry in a sled when I am out and about anymore. No pictures of that, as mom forgot her camera. I hope everyone had a great weekend.

Dino Pants!

Mom bought me some new pants tho week.  They were made by a friend of mom's who is a very good seamstress! They are going to fit me for quite a while, which is great as they look quite good on me.

Helping Dad

I love to help Dad with his projects around the house. I really wish that I could participate more, as I would like to be in charge of most things... but Dad does a good job of telling me what to do and letting me help as much as I can. This weekend we had to fix one of our dining room chairs.

New Tricks!

This week I almost mastered the use of my spoon.  I have been using it upside down before now, which isn't the most efficient way to get food into your mouth.  One morning, it just clicked. I'm still messy, but I am able to get a lot more food into my mouth!

I love to brush my teeth. Every morning, Dad and I brush our teeth together after he gets out of the shower.  We both also like to make silly faces at Mom when she takes our picture. 

E! True Hollywood Story

So, I'm not quite famous enough to have a show like that done about me, but I sure do dress like it! I have really be interested in wearing all sorts of clothes that I find around the house lately. Mom normally obliges and puts it on.

Let it snow!

It has been snowing up a storm lately. On Sunday, we went on a family dog walk.  I rode in my baby sled... it almost didn't happen because I fell out before I even made it out of the driveway, but I was able to recover and enjoy the walk.  When we got home, I wasn't ready to go back in the house so I played out in the front yard with Dad for a bit.

Baking Cabinet

My mom has one cabinet in the kitchen filled with baking things. It is my favorite cabinet in the kitchen. I love to dig through it and carry the different bags of chocolate chips around the house.  Lately I have been hiding in the cabinet and peeking out to see if anyone has found me yet....

Happy New Year!

We had a nice new year's eve. Mom and Dad set off some fireworks, which I didn't care for.... I did like the sparklers though. I slept really well, despite all the fireworks. We watched Bruschi, who is my favorite dog! He just loves to follow me around the house and play with me. He is silly. Anyway, I hope everyone had a nice holiday. My goal for the year is to learn to talk....
