Happy Easter!

Easter weekend was full of fun! We went to the pool, got to go to an Easter craft event, and a giant egg hunt.  Lucy found an egg that won her a prize basket and one of the prizes was vampire teeth. They are hilarious. There was also a break from the rain and we saw a gorgeous rainbow out the window. Sadly, it disappeared before I could go look for the pot of gold.

Shooting

I have been shooting with Dad a few times and I really enjoy it! Dad said soon I will have my own gun to take to the range and practice with.

Outside

There is nothing like being outside when it is nice out.  The weather last week was amazing and we were even able to take the 4-wheeler out. I spent the day taking rides with Dad and helped stack wood for the fire.  We cooked hot dogs for lunch, which was awesome!

Sewing!

I got a sewing kit from Grandma and Grandpa Maverick last week and Mom and I worked on it this weekend while Dad was out of town.  I worked really hard and finished it all by myself! Since this picture was taken, Mom helped me attach a string so that it is a bag and I have used it to carry a car places.

This week has been gorgeous and we have been outside as much as possible. Spring has come early!
