What's inside me?

I have a new favorite toy at the museum...I love to dress up and learn what is inside my body! I'm getting better at remembering where all of my parts go.

Downtown market

Sunday the whole family went to the Downtown market and walked around. It was a nice morning and I got to look at all sorts of neat things. I also got to do some painting! Mom and I shared a chili bread bowl for lunch....super fun!

Solstice

On Saturday Mom, Lucy, and I went to the zoo for their solstice celebration. It was a lot of fun. I had cotton candy for the first time (but didn't really care for it) and got to see a lot of animals. Most of them were sleeping, because it was the afternoon. And it was really hot, despite my clothing choices of a jacket and hat....Mom made me leave my mittens and scarf in the car. 

Lounging by the pool

The other weekend I spent the day with Grandma and it was sooooo hot that we spent the day on the deck in the kiddie pool. It has been super hot this summer. I even have a fan in my room right now because I was having trouble sleeping in the heat....I am an Alaskan kid for sure!

A new toy and a goodbye

My Uncle Sam left for boot camp this week...I am sad to see him go because he is super fun. He did bring me one last big surprise....a power wheels jeep! It is even my favorite color! Here are some pictures of him helping me drive it for the first time....I'm getting better every day! 

Fun weekend!

The wheel family went 4-wheeling this weekend and it was SO fun! I love riding around with Dad....and don't worry, we all wore helmets. This picture was taken when we were just sitting still. I also got to enjoy hot dogs cooked over a fire and M&Ms. Huge treat!

Old zoo pictures

Mom was going through the pictures on her phone and found some from a few trips we took to the zoo this past winter. The baby dall sheep and I are good friends...and one time Uncle Sam came with us and posed for a picture. I just love going to the zoo!
