Museum Crates

There is a section at the museum that holds lots of different crates filled with different toys... my favorite crate is the potato heads! Mom and I love to build and take apart the potato heads for quite a while...

Bathtime!

Because it has been so hot, it has been nice to cool off in the tub.  Plus, I have to wash off the bug spray and sunscreen I've been having to wear. I love being in the tub. Lately, I have been really into pouring water into different cups and stacking them up.

Duplos

Mom and I spend a fair amount of time building with my duplos during the day. They are one of my favorite toys. I am getting pretty good at putting the blocks together on my own and need less and less help every day.

Sunshine!

It has been gorgeous outside. Mom got me all ready to go outside in my summer gear... short over-alls and a cool sun hat (which I kept on for about 3 mins) and we went outside. Here are some of my favorite things to do outside...

I love to rearrange the things in Dad's shed. I'm very helpful and creative with my organizing.

Mosquito Bites

Bugs love me. I do not love bugs. Mom is finding out that I am very sensitive to mosquitoes, much like she is... I got one mosquito bite right under my left eyebrow. Mom was trying to capture a picture of the swelling and got a couple of funny shots of me goofing around.

Goats and Chickens!

I had a very exciting weekend. Saturday Mom, Dad, and I went to the zoo and saw almost all of the animals.  The petting zoo was open, so I made my first trip there. They have goats and chickens, and I wasn't too sure what to make of them... I decided to keep my distance and did not do any petting.  That afternoon we went to the Renaissance fair, which was also pretty fun. It started to rain, so we came home after not too long. Today (Sunday) Dad took me out to Grandma Connie's house and I went to visit some friends who own goats and chickens. I enjoyed feeding the goats, and even ate some of their food! Luckily, they eat good food (crackers, bananas)....

Mom was able to get this picture of the two of us at a wedding last summer... look at how little I look!

Breakfast

I'm often asking Mom to take pictures of me and running away. I think that is a fun game.... but here is one she snapped of me eating breakfast the other day. I'm getting quite good at eating with my utensils... even yogurt isn't too much of a problem for me anymore!

Slumber Party

Mom and Dad took the train to Seward on Saturday, so I spent the day (and night) out at Grandma Connie's house. It was so fun! My Aunt Allie came over to play and she took some good pictures of me.  I have couple of bug bites on my head, but they don't seem to be bothering me too much...
