Summer time!

We have been having some wonderful weather here in Alaska. I have been able to wear my shorts and t-shirts! It sure has been nice... of course, I also have a few bug bites... but, they don't bother me too much. I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend! I was very excited to see my Daddy last night.  And, I am very loved... the onesie is from one of mommy's friends, Carrie, and Josh made the quilt I am playing on... I guess everyone knows my mom loves moose!

When Dad's Away

I want to par-tay! I thought it would be fun to hang out with mom from midnight to about 2:30. I wasn't really upset, just wanted to party. Silly mom even put foil over the windows thinking it was the sun keeping me up... nope, I just love to be awake! She keeps telling me that we are going to work on my sleeping next week, but I have been stealing her book and eating it so she leaves me alone. I just want to be up at all hours of the night.

Grocery Shopping

Mom and I went to the grocery store the other day and I was looking pretty cute in my overalls. Of course, I hate wearing hats, so I ripped that off pretty quickly....

And, I know how to sit up, but I prefer to lean to one side... makes me look cooler. (And, yes, the hat is hand-knit. Mom's friend Shannon made it for me. It is very soft and cushy... and tastes delicious)

One other thing, I think Mom said she is going to upload some more videos of me (talking and attempting to crawl) on her flickr page, so be on the lookout for those later today!

Just looking cute

Mom snapped some pictures of me hanging out on the floor. I am learning to scoot around... mostly backwards. I also roll around and am able to get a hold of things I shouldn't.... I love to pull on the charging cords for mom's computer. Mom also started hiding my toys in the drawers I open to distract me, but I'm not falling for it... I want the good stuff (which happens to be towels, I like to have towels with me at all times).

It may be cloudy today, but I have been enjoying the nice weather we have been having lately...

Daddy Time!

Here I am hanging out with my dad.  He is awesome.  Also, a food update. I eat peaches and carrots.... I tolerate those.... but I still love my rice cereal. Maybe my mom and dad will try and feed me something that isn't orange soon....

Movin', Movin', Movin'!

I am on the move! I love my walker and I can zoom around the house wherever I want to. I love to take everything off of the coffee table, and I just learned to open drawers.  The dogs are spending a lot more time outside, as I love to chase them, and they aren't too fond of that... here I am looking longingly at them outside....

I have decided that I might like food. The rice cereal is pretty yummy... mom tried to upload the video of my first food, but it never really worked.  She said you could go see it on her flickr page.

Bath time!!

I learned that bath time could be a lot of fun!! I've always tolerated baths, but today I had a lot of fun playing and splashing in the water.
